Product Engineers x Multiple
We're not hiring coders. We're hiring builders.
The Role
- •We’re hiring Product Engineers – not traditional developers. The distinction matters.
- •Product Engineers optimise for product and user outcomes. They treat code as a means to an end, not an end in itself.
- •They’re comfortable with ambiguity, rapid context-switching, and throwing work away when the market says it’s wrong.
Day-to-day
- •Working across 2–3 client projects concurrently
- •Project durations range from 2-week sprints to 6-month builds
- •Following documented frameworks and standards (not inventing new ones)
- •Using AI tools extensively (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as core workflow, not novelty
- •Shipping frequently, learning from users, iterating
- •Engaging with clients on requirements gathering, delivery timelines, and product demos
- •Delivering support for clients on maintenance packages
Tech Stack
- •Frontend: React, TypeScript, React Native
- •Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions)
- •Observability: OpenTelemetry
- •DevOps: Vercel, Google Cloud (Hosting), Docker, GitHub Actions
- •Version Control: GitHub
- •AI-assisted dev: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, various models
